1. though they didn't do anything wrong, the services didn't seem as personal as our previous experiences in other properties.

3. Also the coffee (even though it's an esspresso machine) is luke warm which was so strange I thought we were doing something wrong.

4. We booked the Westin as we wanted to finish our trip off in style, and having previously stayed in Westin hotels in both Dublin and Madrid, we thought we couldn't go wrong.

7. Myself and three others stayed at this hotel thinking as it looked good the room would be better aswell as the customer service but how wrong were we?Firstly for a group of four in one room with two double beds was cramped with a not so nice bathroom with a slide door and no lock.

9. but being myself a SPG, reading so many good reviews here and booking well in advance, what could go wrong? Hoping for the best, made a few feasible requests, like a higher floor with city view and a late check-out.
