1. I always make negative comments about their signature bathroom products and I urge the Westin to get better brand name products (no doubt they won't listen to me).

3. There are a few negative points, it is a shame the hotel does not offer Free Wi-Fi, as this would have been an added benefit, there is a charge per day for Internet usage.

5. negatives mean - there are always tourists around, you dont get the 'local new york' experience, and there is limited quality food.

6. negatives: boring lobby, one day our room wasn't cleaned up, plumbing in a shower is bad (water keeps spraying to every directions), air condition not working properly - auto option doesn't work at all - it keeps going on and on.

9. I read a lot of reviews before booking and was concerned about some of the negative comments regarding noise/space/room quality.

10. The only negative part was that wi-fi wasnt free, its $10 a day, which isnt much but you would think it will be included, Ive never really paid for it in any other hotels, but I still think this hotel was an excellent choice.
