1. I'm glad to read other reviews saying they had friendly staff; and hope we got a bad week - we had nothing but rude, cold and unfriendly staff, from the 1+ hour wait for our luggage (why couldn't we bring it up ourselves??) to the surly night staff demanding to see our room key without even a hello.

3. I stayed there with my family, amazing location on time squaregood room good location and so ononly bad thing was the front desk clerk in the vip room was using his bluetooth earpiece.

4. One block from Times Square (you can hear the hustle from the 22nd flr, but it's not too bad), close to the theatres, a short walk from Hell's Kitchen and the restaurants, and the subway is under the building so travelling around is easy if you don't fancy walking.

5. we could not get into our room on checkin and they gave us a room with one bed when i had already said there were 3 of us bad service.

6. Negatives: boring lobby, one day our room wasn't cleaned up, plumbing in a shower is bad (water keeps spraying to every directions), air condition not working properly - auto option doesn't work at all - it keeps going on and on.

10. (We were in a club floor room-10th floor) We didnt sleep very well lots of noise coming from outside (whistles & etc) never thought that would be the case on the 10th floor but it was bad.
