1. I had never visited NY before and wanted to be in the middle of the city, seeing the hustle and bustle of it all, I don't think that I would suggest to my parent's to stay here as it is a little hectic, but for us it was perfect.

7. Times square is definitely hectic, but if you're looking to be right in the middle of things in a nice hotel, helpful staff, central location in the city, then this is a great choice.

10. My main gripe is that it cost over $40 for internet for three days - what?? How is it that a Holiday Inn Express and other budget chains can offer free wifi but the Westin can't? The location was great (quite hectic trying to fight the crowds though).
