1. The only noise that we had was a noisy neighbour on one night, which was quickly fixed by hotel staff, and then one morning we woke up when the noise was very loud outside.

7. Front door desk staff apart from one occasion over 4 days simply ignore you and would rather rather banter with the limo and taxi drivers and argue between themselves loudly at the top and bottom of the escalators.
