Now we are on our 3 rd day and they want us to wait to be moved they mess up two days with this and then the doorman wouldn't get me a taxi when I needed one he just looked at me well when we got back to our 3rd night the room had not been serviced and when I called down they just pulled the covers over the pillows and put bath paper on the coffee table not in the bath room and we where out I called down and spoke with Darron service express manager he said that he was giving me 5,000 points for my problem and Adam said that he was giving me 20,000 points for my trouble a total of 25,000 points they had taken 5,000 points from me for the club floor that should have been returned to me for not getting it.
