1. (And we are admittedly a little psycho when it comes to bugs and cleanliness--we pull apart all of the bedding before taking our cases out of the tub, wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with Clorox wipes, etc.

5. I am confident that the staff at the Westin is doing all it can to prevent bugs I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the area despite some of the reviews written by people in the past.

6. When we arrived our youngest came down with a serious flu bug, and the hotel and staff were super accomodating to us and her condition.

7. I stayed in 2 rooms (rm 3230 & 4437) and found no sign of bugs in either one.

8. My daughter,myself,a friend and her daughter stayed at the Westin from 11/5 to 11/9 and our room was clean dailey and we saw no signs of bed bugs nor any bugs in sight.

9. The room and bathroom were both very clean, in fact, we inspected the bed for bedbugs and didn't find any stains or bugs.
