2. My only quibble was with check in, very slow, one clerk working on Friday afternoon and lots of disgruntled folks milling around in the lobby.

4. I would have given the hotel an 'excellent' rating but for our slow room internet connection, with a jack with a wobbly fit despite a rubber stabilizer on the cord.

6. It may have been because of the holidays that service was slow but that is not the problem of the guest, it's up to management to adjust accordingly.

7. The room was clean, the only thing not working was the Mac computer that was in the room, once I plugged in the network cable it worked fine (albeit slow).

8. The front desk was slow to respond to waiting guests and room service often left our room without amenities requiring us to call housekeeping on about 3or 4 occassions for supplies- and yes we did leave a couple of dollar tip every day.

9. The only negative that comes to mind is the supposedly free internet access for Starwood Card holders but it was so slow most of the time that it was not usable.
