1. Another women's hair was on the floor in the bathroom, working in the business I know this is actually hard to control but it is disgusting.

2. The location is hard to beat, Times Square and Broadway on the doorstep, Empire State, Chrysler, Rockefellar, Grand Central, Central Park, Shopping, all within walking distance or short taxi ride.
