This list goes on with faults but I will go on to say the luggage assistance was out of this world with service to say the least and I was more than glad someone cared about SERVICE at this place, but sad to say the best department of a Westin is the bellstaff :-(I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone else and next time I stay in NYC it will be at the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor, which may not be the most accessible but I'm willing to take the Ferry into Manhattan just to avoid incompetance.
