4. Myself and three others stayed at this hotel thinking as it looked good the room would be better aswell as the customer service but how wrong were we?Firstly for a group of four in one room with two double beds was cramped with a not so nice bathroom with a slide door and no lock.

8. A lot of New York Hotels are 'boutique' type- where you couldn't swing a cat in the bedroom because it's so small and cramped.

9. the beds were comfortable but rooms cramped - eg the office chair for the desk actually blocked the room - so you had to remove it to get past the bed .
