1. The staff were helpful and very friendly any problems were dealt with promptly.

2. The largest complaint I have is the housekeeper did not turn off the alarm from the previous guest and I was too dumb to remember this is a common problem in the business, so at 6AM my wife and I were woken up by the alarm clock.

3. problems with finding my package after it was signed for, problems getting copies made because the guy in the business center felt the prerogative to chat on the phone complaining about his boss rather than listen to what I needed, and now the Club Lounge.

5. The staff took steps to make all this up to me and for that I am grateful but there is really no excuse for this type of consistent problem in 2012.

7. A little problem with the room keys where we had to switch rooms once and get our keys reprogrammed a few times the first day but after that, it was fine.

I am currently staying at The Westin and am not disappointed with the decision, requested early check-in arrived at 930am and was given an upgraded room straight away, free internet comes with this room type so that was an added bonus,Staff were friendly, rooms are clean a bit small though, only problem I have is that I have a single showerhead with low pressure not a double one which is advertised.
