1. The reception was dark, this may have been due to poor lighting, I understand that the deco/lighting is a New York theme, however, it gave an unwelcoming feel especially when us British like the bright fresh feel.

5. Only let down was some very poor service from housekeeping/ maintenance staff, in just one case after three seperate complaints we could not get a desk lamp fixed/replaced which caused inconveniece to family as I had to do some work in evenings when other asleep, just gave up after three attempts.
