1. The staff needed a bit more training in customer care: reception staff on the phone abrupt and verging on rude when I complained that our room had not been serviced that day.

4. Problems with finding my package after it was signed for, problems getting copies made because the guy in the business center felt the prerogative to chat on the phone complaining about his boss rather than listen to what I needed, and now the Club Lounge.

5. so first thing on the 12th I called up the service desk and complained about it- they promptly moved me to a different room and promise me that they will investigate the whole bed bug issues.

6. Daily housekeeping was pretty thorough, and supplies were always replenished (a lot of the reviews here complain about soap/shampoo not being replaced, but I had no problems with that).
