1. I can understand having to pay for wi-fi in the room, but why is there no free wi-fi provided by Westin in the lobby, especially when there is free wi-fi in their sister Sheraton hotels in Manhattan?For the most part, the people at the concierge desk were quite knowledgeable, but I was a bit annoyed when one of them told me not to take the subway to JFK on a Sunday afternoon, saying it would take close to 2 hours by subway, and just 1 hour by shuttle.

2. The opening times of the atrium club was annoying too as it was only open in the mornings and not during the day.
