1. I'm glad to read other reviews saying they had friendly staff; and hope we got a bad week - we had nothing but rude, cold and unfriendly staff, from the 1+ hour wait for our luggage (why couldn't we bring it up ourselves??) to the surly night staff demanding to see our room key without even a hello.
