1. By far, the Ritz was the worst experience of all of them.

2. Could it be that a same-sex female couple checking in to celebrate their anniversary are not offered the same courtesies that a man/woman couple celebrating nothing in particular are afforded? I realize we're always asked twice about bed choice when they see us ('You really want just one king bed?') and we've come to expect being shown to the worst table in any restaurant unless we ask for a better one.

3. The worst thing about the club floor for us was the morgue like atmosphere the other guests gave off you had a better chance of seeing a dolphin in the three tiered pool then a smile on someone's face which really brought down the atmosphere a lot.

4. And one more comment on service - in case you haven't picked up a paper in the last year we are in a very down economy - I read in the local paper this is the worst summer for tourism in Hawaii since reporting started in 1987 - so yes maybe again it isn't the end of the world if your tv doesn't get fixed expeditiously - perhaps that was a message from above that you shouldn't be watching television in such a wonderful place.

9. The worst part for us is that it was filled with loud children whose parents didn't seem concerned with who their children were bothering.
