1. Our only complaints related to the number of service staff, the fact that poolside service didn't start until 11:00 AM, and that the location of the hotel is pretty remote.

9. The only complaint I have was one day when it was raining, there were really no options at the hotel for lunch, as the only lunch options are the pool cafe or the Beach House restaurant, which are both only accessible outdoors.
