4. No chocolates, water, robes, slippers, bed covers turned, curtains drawn, not a big deal and I actually didn't care about this but is was just strange compared to other Ritz', heck I can't remember the last time I stayed at a hotel that didn't have turndown.

9. Overall, the experience was full of little slips and mishaps that individually might be no big deal but together do not constitute the 700+ $/night charge.

The negative: The glass shower door looked like it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and during our stay ( I noticed 3 greasy fingerprints near the top right corner that were there before we arrived and stayed throughout our time in the room), because of the new renovation, there was fresh wall paper in the room and bathroom, but the toilet paper holders had wallpaper glue all over the metal (husband thought it looked like dried throw-up until the housekeeper explained it was wallpaper glue) why that was deemed exceptable at a ritz-carlton is beyond me, the AC unit was importing musty air into room when turned on, room service got wrong juice order one morning (not a big deal, but worth noting).
