1. If you want to avoid the crowds, enjoy a quiet day and don't mind the occasional light drizzle, this is a terrific place.

4. The place does encourage kids, so if you're looking to avoid that, that would be the only reason not to book (and even then, its not like the kids are running wild).

5. If you do decide to book here, please avoid odd numbers in the residential wing, as it will look onto Mordor (please reference Lord of the Rings if unfamiliar.

6. Actually everything about the Ritz was quiet and relaxing, we soaked up the sun everyday at the pool and beach and never once had an issue finding a chair or towels (granted tourism in Hawaii is down 50% so this is the year to go and avoid the crowds).

9. Our only wish is that they had an adults only pool area, as teachers on a honeymoon, we wanted to try to avoid the kiddies.

10. The chaise lounges down by the beach generally avoid this problem, also provide food service, but no quick dip into a pool.
