1. The beach is somewhat of a walk down a hill which isn't a problem for most but I had knee surgery 3 months ago and it made it difficult.

3. The front desk attendant, whose English was difficult to understand, immediately pulled out a rate sheet when I voiced my displeasure about our room, which was in an unfortunate location and had no view.
