1. The cons: The bed was terrible, left both of us with bad lower backs even made us sleep on the floor one night.

2. Room number three was an upgrade to a junior suite (which was a nice accomodation)but unfortunately still had the prominent black mold in the grout of the stark white marble and there was terribly stained carpet throughout.

5. But we were ignored from the start, terrible service, slow, 10 minutes for coffee, never asked for water, never asked for coffee refills for decaf, never told how the buffet worked and then had to wait another 10 minutes for our bill afterward.

6. nothing terrible, but the four seasons was hands down more attentive, and didn't charge you extra for everything.

The front desk seems to be very aware that some of the rooms have terrible carpet, because as I was checking in and looking at different rooms the front desk girl would constantly ask room service over the walkie talkie, 'how are the carpets in that room?' They seem to understand that renovation is very needed and try to avoid putting people in those rooms that are in bad shape.
