The poolside servers were unfriendly and had scowls on their faces; two wake-up calls we did NOT request; both carts that take you up to the hotel from beach were out of service - on the same day - how about putting a sign out that informs you of this BEFORE we headed down the hill?; a horrible massage at the spa; a charge for wine that was added to our hotel bill, which we had not ordered (it was removed).
