1. The worst thing about the room though is that the bed I slept in was the worst Starwood hotel bed I have ever experienced - so bad that my back was bothering and I had a difficult time sleeping.

3. This hotel has the old SF charm and not sure what other 'expect' but I highly reccomend this hotel for long weekends in the city--- the only time I found it difficult is when loud and rude people who are at conventions at the hotel are there- they are the worst.

10. Combine this with the unresponsive bell desk and slow valet service at checkout, this was one of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel and certainly the worst experience I've had at a Starwood property.
