The fact that the pool was always freezing, turndown appeared on 2 of the 4 nights, glasses were left dirty in the room by housekeeping from one night to the other, concierge lady sent us to a closed and creepy sushi restaurant one night and internet was very slow add to the already horrible room and staff with an attitude.

7. The internet was unbelievably slow and had to call the hotel's IT department 3 times to troubleshoot problems.

8. The sushi restaurant attached to the hotel was below average and their staff was so slow that when I asked them to take off a bill charge (some things we didn't order) I let it go after 1/2 hour.

9. Combine this with the unresponsive bell desk and slow valet service at checkout, this was one of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel and certainly the worst experience I've had at a Starwood property.

10. Internet service in the lobby was a bit slow, but acceptable - and there was always a comfortable chair to sit on while using their wifi.
