1. The service was absolutely terrible (especially for a 5 star) and the breakfast quality was quite low especially for the price.

2. My only complaints - the bathroom was a little dated, but not terrible given that the building is over 100 years old and they charged a ridiculous fee for wifi - they shouldn't be charging at all given the room rates and they make you pay an extra fee for the highest download speed.
