The only 'downside' is the cost of parking - it is extremely
expensive
($64) and one funny thing happened - when I opened the bag which contained the hair dryer, I found a hash pipe and some 'medical marijuana.

It's old (which can be charming, but not when the beds feel like they're from a century ago), horrendously
expensive
for what you get, and not at all charming or extravagant.

The bar in the lobby was also
expensive
, but a nice treat for one drink; the restaurant attached to it (the Pied Piper) looked like it had reasonable prices, but we didn't get a chance to eat there.
