1. One downside is that the soundproofing is quite poor between rooms.

2. The only 'downside' is the cost of parking - it is extremely expensive ($64) and one funny thing happened - when I opened the bag which contained the hair dryer, I found a hash pipe and some 'medical marijuana.

3. The downsides are relatively small rooms and bathrooms (at least in the 'superior' rooms), somewhat worn and dirty carpet, and significant noise from adjoining rooms and from the street outside.
