1. I'm not sure what the hotel can do about this but the noise was LOUD.

2. This hotel has the old SF charm and not sure what other 'expect' but I highly reccomend this hotel for long weekends in the city--- the only time I found it difficult is when loud and rude people who are at conventions at the hotel are there- they are the worst.

6. Get an interior room: street side rooms in Union Square can be quite loud, especially with the bell men whistling for cabs all night.
