1. When reminded of the obvious inconvenience of having to get dressed and perhaps trying to look presentable in this beautiful hotel before having coffee, we are told that room service is available 24 hours per day.

10. As a simple example locking the Market Street entrance at night - which undoubtedly has some `security` rationale - just means you inconvenience those actually staying at the hotel who have to walk round the block.
