1. My first attempt, I went down to the basement as instructed and found myself in a construction zone, came up above ground and was told I took the wrong elevator -- the elevator which was in the lobby.

4. There's a lot of nickel and diming at the hotel, but if you just want a great room in a good location, you can't go wrong here.

5. Random charge being added perhaps?? Throughout the whole ordeal at check in, no apologies from the lady at reception for getting our reservation wrong, no courtesies, no smiles, she was downright cold and indifferent notwithstanding that we were standing unfront of her with a very sleepy baby.
