1. The breakfast was the shining star of this terrible hotel.

2. The hotel had a couple things going for it including location (only a short walk away from Millennium Park and Navy Pier, not terribly far from Michigan Avenue shopping), a courteous and prompt valet staff, and it was relatively quiet.

5. And it`s worth mentioning that the hotel had real, high-powered hair dryers -- not those terrible wall-mounted ones that you see in other hotels (I`m a women with thick long hair so I care about things like that).
