1. Other guests were visibly upset about the lack of hot water on the day previous to my check-in.

2. The lack of hot water, was definitely not fine though.

3. The lobby was non existent and lacked basic amenites you don't think about until you don't have them, like chairs in which to sit and gather your thoughts and paperwork before you head out for your day, no free Internet in the lobby or a place to even stand; no other guests in sight, no house phones in site, no views, no parking lot or driveway, and hidden restaurants that have been relocated during construction to the basement concourse level.
"Wait until construction is complete " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/10/2012 Vote
4. I have certainly stayed in better accommodations (home) but the view from our room made up for anything lacking anywhere else.
"Great Location and View to Die for " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/14/2011 Vote
5. You need TO get used to the lack of buttons in the cars.
"You can do better in Chicago " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/4/2011 Vote
6. The lack of comfortable seating extends to the meeting spaces - there are some very stylish benches (no backrest) covered in white leather that look good but that are not really meant to be sat on.
"Great Rooms, Horrible Lobby, Stressed Staff " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/26/2011 Vote
7. The overall takeaway for me is that this hotel was not lacking in any way and I really enjoyed my stay.
"Fantastic hotel, wonderful stay- will be back! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/12/2011 Vote
8. Other indications of a lack of guest consideration included only a few free newspapers at the front desk and restaurant - and they had to be snatched early - and a fee-based internet.
"NOT ALL IT SHOULD BE " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/18/2011 Vote
9. The Front Desk, while official and courteous, yet seemed stressed (confirmed by later visits), and lacked the welcoming attitudes characteristic of deluxe hotels.
"NOT ALL IT SHOULD BE " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/18/2011 Vote
10. The property is a bit off the beaten path, very clean, has a friendly staff but lacks some amenities.
