1. A strange registration area where there is no real line, just people standing all over the place trying to figure out if they are in line or not was difficult to navigate.

3. The location was in an odd spot on Wacker, which made it difficult when using taxis, however only 3 blocks from Michigan Ave, 2 blocks from grocery store, and 1 block from a drugstore.

5. After I contacted someone, all these problems were taken care of in a friendly and trusting way, although the staff all seemed to find their computers difficult and confusing.
