1. The woman at the front desk didn't seem very sympathetic to this and was clearly irritated by my inquiries as to why my room wasn't available or if they could do anything for me.

5. (My boyfriend, though, was irritated that there was not a working ice machine on our floor - 23rd- he had to walk up a few floors, found a nonworking machine, then walked down more floors to finally find ice.
