The woman at the front desk didn't seem very sympathetic to this and was clearly
irritate
d by my inquiries as to why my room wasn't available or if they could do anything for me.

ating, since I had called and told them we were staying for our wedding, and we end up with this bathroom that is loaded with a hundred handlebars and seats cluttering the shower.

ating to arrive at the front desk and be told you have to fork over extra money for what should be basic hotel functionsAND THE WORST PART IS THE WIRELESS DOESN;T WORK except in the lobby.

(My boyfriend, though, was
irritate
d that there was not a working ice machine on our floor - 23rd- he had to walk up a few floors, found a nonworking machine, then walked down more floors to finally find ice.
