1. * Water pressure was great for a high floor and I had no problem keeping it hot (it seems that issue may have been resolved as reported recently by other reviewers)* The in-room entertainment system is top-notch.

7. I noticed previous reviews where guests had some fee issues, and I did indeed have an erroneous mini-bar charge on my check-out statement, however it was (seemingly) resolved quickly and easily at the registration desk.
