4. While the Swissotel may not have the super high end service and ammenities (and associated snootiness) that some of the top tier hotels have, it is a very nice hotel that I would have no problems recommending to anyone.

9. I guess the thing that bothers me most is that from the lobby decor and staff attitudes, this hotel is trying to be very snooty but then you go to your room and it is a piece of junk.
