1. A couple negatives that upset me-my loss of a good coat in a taxi cab trunk (unfortunate overlook by the doorman) and a near loss of part of my belongings while being held in hotel safe keeping area for luggage.

2. unfortunately, when we called ahead to the hotel before the trip, I was informed that the gym requires an additional fee of $15/day.

3. unfortunately, it appears that Chicago is deeply infected with bedbugs and the hotels obviously are not taking it seriously.

5. The only downside was the bathroom, which is showing some signs of wear and tear and which, unfortunately, came complete with someone else's hairs.

6. The bathroom did have a seperate shower and tub, but honestly, there was no way I was bathing in there (unfortunate since this was another reason I was looking forward to the stay).

10. It's also unfortunate that the hotel charges for wireless access--should be free, especially considering the room prices.
