1. Is it just me, or is this information not clearly stated on their website? A giant tarp where a lobby should have been was pretty weird and unwelcoming.

3. Whilst our friends stayed at the Renaissance and I wanted to experience the SWISSOTEL I wished I had joined them: the lobby is dark and weird shaped, the front desk check-in was not very friendly, the room was average sized - I bought a package incl parking, bfst and pool area.

8. BAD: no microwave, people standing at elevator to help you pick your floor?? (weird to me?), Refreshments in the small fridge in room too expensive, pay to use the pool and fitness center.
