1. Signage is poor and there is lot's of confusion as multiple folks navigate the narrow corridor looking for different services.

2. But the attitude of the front office lady and the 'manager' left alot to be desired and there are just too many hotel rooms in Chicago to subject oneself to poor service and incompetence.

3. My experience with them was ok, but I personally wouldn't stay here again solely because it look very long times to get in and out the hotel/my room due to poor elevator service; and I would like to be a few blocks closer to shops and restaurants.

5. Months ago I mentioned the poor breakfast and with a cute quip was told it would be corrected, but I still had to pay for the slop even thought it was agreed there was a problem with it.

6. Another case of poor communication with the hotel though was that they failed to tell us that the lounge would be closed half way through our stay for scheduled renovations.
