2. my father booked a room for me for an expo and forgot to put the room in my name and we were having problems checking in manger alex helped me out so much as well as the lady who checked me in I forget her name but she was awesome to they had my father on the phone and made exceptions to help me out.

3. I had a problem with the internet and they sent tech support to my room instantly, and the guy fixed the problem fast.
