1. My parents have been on a Europe/NYC trip and this is the 6th hotel in their trip , yet it's the WORST .

5. While the check-in process was very pleasant and my room size spacious, the rooms for our entire group were run down looking---carpets in need of cleaning and worst of all-- almost none of our heaters/air conditioners worked causing us to not sleep well due to the high temperature in our rooms.
