1. Regarding fees, one complaint: the hotel charges for use of internet in rooms (free wi-fi in lobby and public rooms).

9. My biggest complaint was the price of drinks in the bar downstairs: if I remember correctly, $19 a drink for simple fare, not complicated cocktails.

10. Incidentally during my conversation with the front desk staff I did ask to see the manager - he refused to see me and I was asked to place a complaint on the system which he would look at later.
