1. How they are swarmed with little to big issues and in a timely fashion form, fix, solve and take care of you specifically and yet multi taste many others in a sweeping fashion.

3. One down side to mention was the accessibility issues with the stroller - we had to access the hotel via the motorcade entrances to get an elevator one floor up then a different elevator to our floor.

4. The only issue we had was that we expected a hotel of this size to offer free wifi but it was quite expensive to use.

5. We were on floor 23 and had no noise issues from outside or in the hotel.

6. The staff were there when needed and when we had a problem with the bathroom they sent someone within 5mins to sort the issue out.

7. As for the rooms, they are clean, and a bit dated, and if I could suggest any improvements, it would be in the rooms, as the heating and air had issues, and just an overall facelift would help.

10. the service did not improve the next morning with half promises and a dishonest approach to the problem another 4 hours were wasted until the issue was resolved and adequate accommodation provided- oh yes, a 50% refund of one room for one night was offered as compensation.
