1. Yes, you might see a little bit of peeling paint on the heavy bathroom door and I noticed an uneven rug section up against the threshold of the door.

2. our CONCIERGE LEVEL room was detailed with peeling wallpaper, blotchy paint at the ceiling, and aged old bathroom which I was stunned to find there is a rolled up Anti-slip mat at the tub which i thought was a left behind water pipe from the maintainence.
