We were treated like a nuisance by the house keeping phone center when we dared to ask for linens for the pull out couch, or to be able to have the clock set to the right time (it's locked down tight for some

I had room service one night (the last night) just a sandwich and some cheesecake, this came to $57 which was
ridiculous
ly expensive but there had been both a 15% service charge applied plus delivery charge as well.

At first glance it seems
ridiculous
ly expensive until you taste the quality of what is served and you sample the fair sized serving platter of peanut ,olives and wasabi peas that accompanies your drinks and is complimentary.
