1. The location is great, the staff reasonably friendly and helpful, but our room was awful - small, worn furniture, bathtub finish peeling, and only one window which overlooked an airshaft.

6. We did later have drinks in Peacock Alley and very friendly and good drinks- Some of the elevators do have problems and some areas are a little worn- but for the most part pretty good.
