The location is great, the staff reasonably friendly and helpful, but our room was awful - small,
worn
furniture, bathtub finish peeling, and only one window which overlooked an airshaft.

It is true, that the Lobby areas are immaculate, and that the bedrooms look a little
worn
or faded, as other reviewers have mentioned.

We did later have drinks in Peacock Alley and very friendly and good drinks- Some of the elevators do have problems and some areas are a little
worn
- but for the most part pretty good.

They have everything you need, but all a bit faded -
worn
