1. sadly the airconditioning in the rooms is not very good and even blasts out hot air during the night.

5. It is sad because you can tell this was once a beautiful, special place, it just doesn't appear to have been looked after the way it should have been to preserve it's charm.

9. 3 further phone calls to reception in the duration of the stay still resulted in no one restocking the minibar, and sadly we were charged for the items we had not used.
