1. Upon checkout, which the young lady was lovely, she had apparently gotten A LOT of complaints that morning about all of the above problems I mentioned.

4. Throughout our stay, the bellman were the only employees who complained out loud about working long hours and problems with the hotel.

5. Remember this when you book your room and request a room away from the construction, get the name of the employee - first and last - that books your room so if you have a problem, you can bring it up with them.

8. The bath did not drain properly on the first morning but this problem was rectified immediately by housekeeping even though we hadn't highlighted it.
