4. (buy a weekly for the subway, it is money well spent) Only a 15 minute walk to Times Square and Broadway yet far enough away to be able to escape the noise and bussle of the square.

5. The cleaning service was very good but every morning we had a terrible wake up around 8 am by the housekeepers, they did loads of noise every morning in the corridorThere is a Starbucks location in the lobby of the hotel, very pricey.

8. We did not experience any problems mentioned about noise on lower floors from the exterior refurbishment works, which I understand are nearly finished now.

9. We went twice to the bar and the glasses/ cups were not well clean (do you think is normal to pay 60 usd to have breakfast having this service?) Moreover every morning we had a terrible wake up around 8 am by the housekeepers, they did loads of noise every morning in the corridor.
